Everyone at Securitas has a story to tell. We operate all over the world, working hard to make life more secure for our customers while constantly improving and developing ourselves.
The Program began in 2009 and aims to identify and reward the results of our employees.
The responsibility of a security guard is not an easy one, which has to take the initiative to solve problems that could cause damage to customers. Sometimes these initiatives are some that lead to exceptional results, with employees demonstrating special abilities and qualities that should not be overlooked.
Securitas Romania has proposed to encourage these initiatives, providing them as examples within the "Employee of the Quarter" Program.
From this program, derived the Employee of the Year. Employee of the year program involves the selection of an employee of the 12 winners of the contest "Employee of the Quarter", which continued to persevere and to stand out.
